This 6,297 ft² (585 m²) modern villa sits along one of the waterways of Puerto Aventuras, one of the most desired and safe residential areas on the Riviera Maya and the only one that has a marina allowing boat owners to dock their yachts, catamarans, fishing boats, and jet skis. These waterways give out to a beautiful part of the Caribbean with its turquoise colors, white sandy beaches, and coral reefs.

The villa has five spacious bedrooms, two on the ground floor and three on the second floor, all with their own en suite baths. The entrance to the home leads into the spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen, and a steel and wood central staircase leads upstairs where the primary bedroom is located, oriented towards the back of the villa, and has a very big private terrace with a Jacuzzi.
