This self-sustaining property provides accommodation for residents, guests, and staff, and the modern, organic design uses natural elements such as cedar and copper. The Point House features glass walls, allowing for mountain and ocean views from all rooms. There are a variety of auxiliary buildings on the property, including a farmhouse, a huge barn, a staff building, a gym, guest suites, and a house for a caretaker. The orchard provides apples, plums, pears, and Haskap berries.
