The facade is made with stone sourced from Lake Champlain. Luxury features include an outdoor pool, paddle tennis court, four and a half dining areas, five washers/dryers, a walk-in fridge, bar, wine cellar, gym, spa with Vichy shower, Loggia pizza kitchen, and a bunkered home theater. The guest house includes two bedrooms and a large terrace. The beams are local Québec pine. The finishings (light fixtures, chandeliers, lighting, lanterns, ramps, staircases) are all custom-made by Arte Mexico in Los Angeles.
The location offers various opportunities for outside entertainment like the located close-by the world-renowned Ski Resort Mont-Tremblant, the resort’s golf course, and a shopping village. North of town, Mont-Tremblant National Park hosts hiking trails and various water activities like canoeing or kayaking.
